While there is no "annual fee" associated with the card, you do have to have a Costco membership to use it, so you're looking at $60 a year to use this card. Now, if you shop at Costco that doesn't matter because you need a membership anyway, but for those that don't necessarily shop at Costco, this card isn't for them. read less

My experience is, is that the Target card can be damaged really easily. Not exactly sure why, but after having the card for a couple of years the card started to tear where the metallic strip is.

From my experience, the security features of this card have been great. I had one instance where I was called about a fraudulent charge on my card and they handled it immediately, issuing me a new card and I was not held liable for those charges. As well, I have seen that they do monitor activity and when I have made several purchases in a quick succession of time, they have placed a hold on my account to verify the charges. That gives me peace of mind that they would do this for real activity that was suspicious. As well, you are not held accountable for unauthorized charges and all you have to do is make them aware of those charges and report your card as stolen and it will be handled.Another great plus about this card is that they have a free service of Identity Theft Solutions who will help you work to get your credit fixed by connecting you with the correct credit bureaus to go over the fraudulent activity.As well, if you do misplace or lose your card you are able to lock it remotely to prevent any unauthorized charges.Overall, I think the security of this card is great and makes me feel safe using it. read less

I primarily go to Costco for gas because it is the cheapest and you earn 4% cash back on gas purchases for the first $7,000 spent in a year and then 1% back for every purchase after that. You also earn 3% cash back on Restaurant and Eligible Travel purchases. As a Costco member you also earn 2% cash back on all purchases at Costco and Costco.com. Finally you earn 1% cash back on all other purchases. In addition to the cash back rewards, there are other benefits to this credit card. There are no foreign transaction fees. You have an extended warranty of purchases made with your Citi card. There is damage and theft purchase protection on purchases made with your Citi card for 120 days (90 days for New York residents). Worldwide Car Rental Insurance is also provided when you pay with your Citi card. Your Citi card provides 24/7 travel and emergency assistance and if you're in the US you also have access to Roadside assistance. You have exclusive access to presale tickets to special events with your card. Finally you are completely protected against any unauthorized charges on your account. The two downsides for this card are that you are forced to go to Costco to redeem your rewards, and you only receive them once per year. Website InspireUplift.com started in 24july2017, and customers' complaints against them for 'no delivery received' existed since as early as at least January 2018, until even today september 2019 (as of the time of this writing) and is still on-going.
InspireUplift.com deducts customer's payment money, indicates to customer that the fake delivery is on the way, gives customer fake tracking info, and customer's delivery never arrives.
Even after more than one month, delivery never arrives. They had failed with their delivery, but they dont even bother to solve the problem with customer by giving customer full refund. Customer not only did not receive any delivery, customer also did not get any full refund. Report them to the police.
Reputable and honest online shops such as Amazon.com will voluntarily give customer full refund if they fail in their delivery.
However scammers and fraud online shops, such as this InspireUplift.com , refuses to give full refund when they fail in their delivery, regardless of whether customer asks.
They are cheating certain segments of customers this way, and its not just rare occurrances, that is actually their repeating pattern of fraud and scamming to some segments of their customers, and its been repeating many times to many of their customers since from January 2018 or even earlier, until today.

They are reputable in the Chinese way of E commerce. That is, you statistically will have more successful transactions of low value items than high value. This comes about by the fact that there is effectively no warranty available, despite their claims, I have had cause to test their DOA warranty on four occasions in 470 orders. That's not to say around 1% failure, it's more that the low value of most of the other failures made claiming worthless. Of the four higher value items (over $100) I had no success in claiming warranty at all. In fact, the best I could do was pay for repairs locally, at less than the replacement cost but only on one of the four. The worst part about the warranty issue is the process. You send emails, wait days for responses, then get asked for photo's with shipping labels, damage etc, then you need to create video's and make a you tube link for them to assess, and all for nothing. The line of communication then goes dead after weeks of protracted waiting. Another thing regarding reputation, is the review system, Bsically, they filter out all bad reviews, of the 470 I provided, only the five star commendations ever got published, so they hide their junk products from the unwary buyer, which is pretty sneaky.There are certainly better resellers out there, I suspect Banggood, having quickly exploded into a mega corporation, with their size and market share domination, has made them even less concerned about the individual, as was my experience and I no longer buy from them, after the increasing number of problems crossed the line of 'bearable'. read less

It also needs at least 40% power to fly in the air. If it is windy, sometimes more. Also, moving the center of gravity forward will help with control; essentially adding more weight toward the center of the craft. This is a larger helo and flies somewhat differently than the smaller guys. Most folks find this an excellent craft to fly. Amazon carries this helo. If you continue to have issues, contact the company as the helo is warranted for a period of time by the company. read less

Yes, you can. There is an area at the top of the home screen on the website where you can enter a different zip code. Once entered, Groupon will show you all the items they have near this zip code. Some areas of the country are not covered by Groupon as much as other areas, but the company will show you all the items they have that are near this zip code. Zip codes can be looked up on the internet at the Post Office or on other lists. This is a great way to buy a gift for someone who is not local when you are not sure what is in their area. It also seems bit more personal than a gift card to national store. read less

There are only a few SuperTargets that are open 24 hours. It all depends on where you live. In terms of facilities, the women's restrooms typically do have baby-changing stations, but not in the men's or general use restrooms. read less
