The Stratosphere Tower is located at 2000 Las Vegas Boulevard South right along the Strip and at 1,149 feet in height is the tallest structure in Las Vegas and the 5th tallest building or structure in the United States. Built in 1996 the Stratosphere Tower is a big tourist attraction complete with the highest thrill rides in the world along with a casino and a hotel.

2) Fontainebleau Resort Las Vegas - 735 feet

The Fontainebleau Resort Las Vegas is the tallest building in Las Vegas at 735 feet in height and is located at . Fontainebleau Resort Las Vegas was started in 2007 and is still not complete though the height is finished. When completed the casino resort will also contain over 1,000 condo units and 180,000 square feet of retail space. After going through bankruptcy financier Carl Icahn is the current owner.

3) The Palazzo - 642 feet

At 642 feet the Palazzo is the 2nd tallest building in Las Vegas and with 6.9 million square feet the Palazzo is the largest building in the United States. Completed in 2007 the Palazzo is located at 3325 Las Vegas Boulevard and is a big tourist attraction in Sin City and the average room size in the all-suite hotel is a whopping 720 square feet large.

4) Encore at Wynn Las Vegas - 631 feet

Located at 3121 Las Vegas Boulevard South the Encore at Wynn Las Vegas is the 3rd tallest building in Las Vegas. Completed in 2008 Encore at Wynn Las Vegas is one of the highest rated casino resort hotels in the world.

5) Trump International Hotel and Tower - 622 feet

Trump International Hotel and Tower is located at 2000 Fashion Show Drive. Completed in 2008 and named for Donald Trump the Trump International Hotel and Tower is a luxury hotel and condominium complex that is 64 stories high.

6) Wynn Las Vegas - 614 feet

Wynn Las Vegas is located right next to the Encore at 3131 Las Vegas Boulevard South and both buildings are owned by Wynn Resorts which is controlled by casino mogul Steve Wynn. Wynn Las Vegas was completed in 2005 and has 2,716 rooms. All of Wynn's properties are first class and exceptionally well run.
