These are the tallest buildings in Dallas, Texas. All of the buildings listed here are over 700 feet in height and the tallest building in Dallas is the 22nd tallest building in the United States. Some big companies have their headquarters in some of these buildings and all of the buildings are located right in Dallas close to all the fine hotels and restaurants in the city.
1) Bank of America Plaza - 921 feet

The Bank of America Plaza is located at 901 Main Street and at 921 feet in height is the tallest building in Dallas, Texas the 22nd tallest building in the United States and 80th tallest building in the world. The Bank of America Plaza was built from 1983 to 1985, contains 72 floors, has had seven different names and is conveniently located near the finest hotels and restaurants in Dallas.
2) Renaissance Tower - 886 feet

The Renaissance Tower is located at 1201 Elm Street and at 886 feet is the second tallest building in Dallas and 25th tallest building in the United States. When it was completed in 1974 the 56 floor Renaissance Tower was the tallest building in Dallas and remained so until 1985 when the Bank of America Plaza was completed. Neiman Marcus, Winstead PC and Blockbuster all have their headquarters in the Renaissance Tower though Blockbuster might not be around as a company much longer.
3) Comerica Bank Tower - 787 feet

The Comerica Bank Tower is located at 1717 Main Street and was built from 1985 to 1987. Located conveniently near most of the best hotels and restaurants in Dallas the 60 floor Comerica Bank Tower became the company headquarters of Comerica Bank in 2007.
4) JP Morgan Chase Tower - 738 feet

The JP Morgan Chase Tower is located at 2200 Ross Avenue and often just called Chase Tower which was completed in 1987. JP Morgan Chase is one of the largest banks in the United States and the world.
5) Fountain Place - 720 feet

Fountain Place is located at 1445 Ross Avenue and at 720 feet in height is the 5th tallest building in Dallas but is probably the most unique building in the city from an architectural standpoint. Built from 1984-1986 Fountain Place has 63 floors, was designed to have a completely different look from all directions and is named for the 172 fountains in the plaza around the base of the building.
