• Be open.  Approach everyone you meet with a smile.  A smile makes you look friendly, confident and approachable.  People smile at people who smile!  So smile- it's contagious.  Let your face show that you are interested in what people are saying.  Look people in the face and show  them you are happy to meet them.  Let your natural enthusiasm shine through.
• Make eye contact.  Make sure you have a good eye contact when talking to a guy.  Don't look around the room, or he'll think you are looking for someone more interesting to hang out with.  With your eyes, let him know that he is the person you would most likely to be talking to.
• Listen to him. Don't think too hard about what you are going to say.  Just really listen to what the other person is saying and let yourself respond naturally.  Live for the moment; don't worry about what might happen next.  You might not get another chance to talk to the person.  So go fo it!  Listen to him.
