- Goal achievement. Recognize your goals and achievements. Each day, list things to do tomorrow and things you did today. This is one way to keep track of your present and future achievements.
- Believe in yourself. After doing some serious and realistic thinking about your goals, it would be in perfect order for you to think that you're smart enough to reach your goal says a psychologist. So stop saying "impossible", and start to say, "I'm possible."
- Dream. Make time to dream. Think about your goal for fifteen seconds a day, but don't look at the time. The point is simply for you to remember how to focus.
