The company refuses to refund. I bought the .exe version by accident as it wasn't at all clear on their website what you are buying. I needed .dmg for mac. As they took their time in replying to my email and I needed to continue my work, I bought another DVD ripper from someone else. Anymp4 refuse to refund me. I found better elsewhere for cheaper. Anymp4 has a terrible customer service (they reply to your email 24 hours later) and then refuse to refund. Very very poor service. If you do deci...
