I had to throw my wrong sized filter in the trash. They decided to change the size on my third reorder. Instead of offering to correct and exchange they argued that I don't understand filter sizes. I told them it is a reorder an the size is the same on all the orders. Filled out the form on their site to complain to the president only to receive silence.
