Although this is probably the biggest phone I've had in a very long time, I am truly grateful that I decided to buy it last year (2019). My experience has only been excellent and I'm especially impressed with the battery lifetime, camera quality and easy-to-use menus and features. My eyes are not that great close-up anymore, so the bigger screen and font settings helps a lot. I use my Huawei P20 for everything, from creating and managing websites to writing articles on it. ...

I use my phone's camera a lot, especially when I go traveling, and the quality of the photos are stunning. I make a lot of videos for my students and the picture, sound recording and clarity are satisfactory to me.

My phone fell twice in the last year, but there is no evidence of damage. My phone has a durable cover that came with it and the cover protects it amazingly well.

My battery easily lasts an entire day, even though I work on it almost non-stop. The lifespan is not as long as it used to be about a year ago, but it is still pretty good.
