I think the microphone on these headphones works as intended, however I rarely use the microphone since I'm not on voice call very often. The microphone is built-in, which means there isn't a microphone extension or awkward microphone rod sticking out to the side.

These headphones connect to sound sources via Bluetooth and I use it all the time! I've never really experienced any dips in quality and the connection is strong and consistent.
