Love the mouse. Build quality is solid. Some competing mouses are made of cheaper plastic that you can feel flex when you have a tight grip. The Mouse and Keyboard Center software is also nice and takes up few resources in comparison to competing mouses drivers/software. Overall I’ve been very satisfied with the performance and build quality of the mouse; I got a second one for my office at work.

There was no paperwork yet on their website apparently you have two weeks from the time they ship to return for full reimbursement. I checked in a few days previous as I was about to leave for two weeks, at the time I was told they didn't know why the package seemed to be stuck in Brooklyn. This would have been a good time to give me a heads up that my return window was almost up, with or without the package delivered.

More so their return policy and inability to respond until a credit card dispute is filed. Great prices and good quality. Really love that there are a lot of sales and discounts. It’s a great place to shop also if you are just starting out in the work force because there are many outfits suitable for the office and at great prices.

This is my issue with this store, just wish they had a wider range of sizes.

Works great on hard floors, I don’t recommend if you have a lot of carpet. My house is about 70% carpet & this doesn’t pick everything up unless it’s on max power. Which I then run into the time limit problem.

The battery doesn’t last long, especially on max power. I get maybe 6 minutes on Max & about 15 on “power saver” if I’m lucky.

Is great for cobwebs & ladybugs in hard to reach places. My arm does get sore after a few minutes because it’s not as light as a normal vacuum hose.

I like it, I just wouldn’t use it as my main vacuum. It’s overpriced to just be used as a dust buster. For the price, I expected much more.

I have put this laptop through some abuse with development, gaming and animation.. sometimes all at once utilizing multiple screens. I have purchased some new thermal compound mainly due to my mistrust in the manufacturer compound, but have yet to apply and the laptop is still running like a top. Definitely Recommend as an entry level gaming/animating machine!
