They have a lot of pay options. I use my debit card. I have used Paypal and gift cards. My sister in Germany says she sees local German options when she is shpping on the site.

Have never had a problem paying with PayPal at Softstar, have even used the Paypal financing option, it was really easy.

They don't offer it up front, but if you have to return or exchange due to something out of your control, they will waive the return fee. They have easy print return labels. I appreciate that they don't jack up prices for "fake" free returns that all of us pay for and some people abuse.
