I wanted to purchase a necklace for my daughters birthday but they were out of stock in UK suppliers and they would not ship to me directly. A friend in the US ordered the necklace and brought it over to the UK. In less than a year the chain has broken and I have contacted the company as it was not a cheap item. Their response was they cannot replace or repair an item in the UK. This does not seem acceptable.
