I'm extremely disappointed in the lack of customer service and follow through. They may have cute clothing, but it's not worth the hassle! I'd shop somewhere else - preferably Catherine's. I returned two items using my own UPS shipping to ensure return of items. I was supposed to receive two items in exchange. they had my return for 30-DAYS! And never processed the exchange. When I called they were extremely rude and discourteous!!!

NO there sizing charts are inaccurate. Plus size items are not correctly marked.
