Or better yet use an airconditioning on your room. Way better than wearing anything to alleviate the heat if it is really hot in your room.

Definitely go with memory foam mattress. Day and night difference compare to spring mattress imo. Help alleviate body aches and comfort in sleeping, especially for elders.
