I had placed my order, and then realized after receiving it in the mail that I ordered the wrong test strips, I called their customer support and spoke to Zack. I told him I had ordered the wrong brand of testing strips and if I could send them back and purchase the correct ones and without hesitating he said it would not be an issue. Diabetic Warehouse accepts debit cards and credit cards. What's especially great is they accept FSA card payments (or flexible spending account). Not very many diabetic supply companies accept these cards so its super convenient for me.
