When My order never made it and they failed to respond I indicated I would be requesting a reversal of charges they send me a nasty response indicating they would hold up the transfer for 18 months if I did that.

Horrible. They mis shipped my chair to the incorrect address and then indicated it was my fault. Their first response was to suggest I should track it down. Each email response received from them was curt and minimal. Their answer to asking where is my chair was to send A fed ex tracking #. No other text or description of what to do. Just FedEx and the number. I indicated if they didn’t respond or resolve the shipping issue I would have to go to my bank and reverse the charges. They indicat...
