I think this particular area isn't a very big coupon area. I know in the US coupons are a regular thing as much as 20% but when purchasing a more specialty product internationally I haven't seen much in the way of coupons.

I've found a few small coupons but they are few and far between. It doesn't seem like they practice giving 10% off site wide or anything but their prices are competitive so that's ok

They give out points that provide small discounts on purchases, it's better then nothing, no promo's sent to me for signing up yet after a month

I've purchased from them 3 times in the last month. Their prices are competitive (but not always the best). I have had good customer service and the product was delivered in about 10 days (international to the US) Product was great quality each time and I will use again

even without coupons I found this site because they had some of the lowest prices on cohiba, since then I found they maintain A+ on BBB and seem to be extremely responsive (super fast shipping) I've received orders in as little as 2 days! With the last promotion most of their prices were untouchable even by the less reputable sites.

They keep me updated via email and can be contacted by form on the web (which I haven't had to use yet) I don't see options for chat, the phone # is right on the front page so calling should be easy as well
