Signing up for an account is quite easy and it’s free. You can sign up by visiting www.onepoll.com and clicking a navy blue link “join OnePoll now”. Then you need to provide your email address, a password, personal details and address details to create an account. Once registered, you will automatically receive an activation email with a link to confirm your membership. Then you will get £2.5 credit in your account for signing up.

The surveys:

Unlike most paid-survey websites you don’t need to get any invitation. What you need to do is to log on the website and click ‘surveys available for you’, and start to participate in.

There are two kinds of survey on OnePoll: one is named ‘paid for survey’, another one is named ‘competitions survey’. The surveys are about different topics and subject matters. The rewards of ‘paid for survey’ are calculated in pounds and pence. Depending on the survey length the rewards start from 5p to 20 p or even more. If you are screened out from ‘paid for survey’ you will get a monthly prize draw for £250 cash. The rewards of ‘competitions survey’ are a chance to win an Amazon voucher or a gift.

All surveys have expiration time, especially the 24hr survey will not take long. Upon your successful completion of the survey your account will automatically be credited.

The referral:

You can refer 10 friends and you will get £1 for each of your referrals. In addition to this, sometimes OnePoll increases the number of persons you can refer.

The Payment:

Once your earnings reach £40.00 you will be able to withdrawn them in three options: BACS (paid directly into your bank account), cheque (sent to your registered address), PayPal (sent to your registered PayPal account). Then Onepoll.com will send you an inform email letting you know that they receive your withdrawn request. Usually the payment would take 10 working days for PayPal and 28 working days for BACS and cheque to complete.

What I like:

I have joined over 20 paid surveys websites since 2009 and I like OnePoll. First, the layout of OnePoll is quite simple and easy to follow. Whenever I check my earnings or available surveys I am always very quickly taken to my requested page. The Help page can answer all the questions you need to know as a member.

Second, the survey rewards are appropriate for the time I have spent. Generally after I've completed each survey, the payment instantly appeared in my account.

Third, there are many surveys about different topics. Every time I log on my account I can find a couple of surveys and some of them are easy to complete without any pre questionnaire, not to mention screening out.

Last but not least, not like most survey websites that pay you vouchers or prize draw entries, OnePoll provides me three options to get cash. And I always got my payment as they promised.

What I dislike:

It has a high payment threshold, especially you can just get 10p per survey. It seems take ages to reach it.

If you did not complete a survey fully before you submit it, you will lose your all answers and have to restart it.

The reward design has no logic. Some surveys might take 10 minutes, but the rewards are 5p; some might just take one minute, but the rewards are 10p or more.

Conclusion:

Onepoll.com is a genuine survey website that pays you cash. I would recommend onepoll.com to anybody who is interested in making money for surveys in their spare time.
