Don’t promise what you cannot accomplish because you r customers will not come back to you if you miss or delay their orders. Customer service it the first things that you should maintain so that your customers will trust you. Most people will look for another basket maker to supply them if you failed in your services with them. No matter how beautiful your baskets are if you aren’t customer oriented, people will not go back to you for reorder.
