Palinka is a traditional Hungarian fruit brandy native to Hungary. Considered as a Hungarian treasure, it is most often made from various kinds of fruit like apricot, peaches, pears, plums. Palinka can also be made from apples, cherries, mulberries and quinces.
2.) Umeshu – Japan

Umeshu is a liqueur made from unripe and green fruits of steeping ume in alcohol and sugar. This Japanese liqueur has a sweet, sour taste and contains up to 15% alcohol by content. It can be served at different temperatures such as chilled or with ice, room temperature, or even hot in the winter.
