Domstal active ingredients- Domperidone and Cinnarizine .
Domstal Used for
• Treating motion sickness (nausea and/ or vomiting),
• Treating feeling of feeling heavy after meal,
• Treat heartburn, stomach discomfort and acidity, because of food ingredients flowing back to the food pipe from the stomach.
Domstal may also be used for other ailments not listed above.
Adult: a Domstal administered 1-2 hours prior to travel and 1 tablet every six hrs at some stage in voyage if essential.
Cinnarizine has Ca channel obstructing action discriminative for arterial even muscles. It has various antihistamine actions. Cinnarizine works as a labyrinthine tranquilizer. It also develops micro flow by decreasing ischaemia- stimulated blood thickness.

Potentially fatal: arrhythmias and heart attack, Convulsions, dysrrhythmias in subjects with hypokalaemia or CVS ailment, subjects on cancer chemotherapy. Hypertensive crisis convulsions, in subjects with phaeochromocytoma.

Other Drug Interactions
CNS depressant action of cinnarizine is improved with alcohol. Domperidone decreases combination of digoxin. It enhances action of paracetamol, aspirin, and diazepam. Amplifies CNS drugs for depression by phenothiazine.
Opioids and antimuscarinic agents antagonize GI effects. Extends uxamethonium-stimulated neuromuscular obstruction.
Deferred concentration but elevated bioavailability owing to condensed first-pass breakdown in gut wall.
