We all know that high blood pressure kills an estimated 7 million deaths worldwide every year. The dieting style of western areas is one of the reasons why people suffer from hypertension. The number of people eating the type of foods that increase both high blood pressure and cholesterol is vast around the globe. However, the world we live in has many natural foods that can combat and destroy high blood pressure and even lower cholesterol levels. Out of all animals, fish is the healthiest. It contains high protein levels and low fat. Fish can also prevent high blood pressure which is a major killer around the globe. Fish are easy to find. You should be able to find fish in your local shop or supermarket.
