With strong faith, I can say everyone who smoke would like to quit as soon as they can. However, it seems their determination fails to win over them when they really cannot stop so easily. 1) Keep yourself busy

You can spend your time with friends and family than having a cigarette. Why not stay active in playing sports, visiting the cinema to watch the latest movies with friends, have a delicious meal in a restaurant and explore the country you live in? You may also try to get a job. Keeping yourself busy will create a distance between you and cigarettes.

2) Fast for a few days

Did you know that fasting is one of the best methods to use for giving up smoking? Try fasting for three days without food and water. If this is difficult, abstain from major foods such as chips, burgers and other various junk foods. Water and small foods should be easily. Nevertheless, three days might not be enough to help. If so, increase the number of days to a few weeks and examine the differences.
