It went on to receive 5 Oscars (1 for Best Director and 1 for Best Film- both to Mel Gibson). Braveheart’s budget was around 50,000,000 and it made about $210,409,945. The Passion of Christ, 2004 was a huge box office success: 30,000,000 spent for a budget and its US Gross alone is $370,782,930.

16) Demi Moore is married to a popular actor. It used to be Bruce Willis. Now it is Ashton Kutcher.
17) Jim Carrey gets to make a fool of himself in movies. And the audience loves it.
