We read about it, all forms of media are talking about it, health has become the priority and we are reminded every day that a healthy diet and regular exercise could be a life saver.  It's true it works and the benefits are all about living well and living longer. Where do you start, take a look at the foods you're eating and how many of them have anti-aging effects? How and why do they work?  These foods are necessary to our body’s operation, they provide the nutrients needed to fix, repair and replenish our systems.

We all deal with certain amounts of stress in our lives and stress will take a toll on our bodies overtime. We can’t stop life’s challenges, but we can help our bodies deal with what life throws at us. The right foods and exercise will add years to our lives, simply by giving our bodies the fuels to heal and fight. Whether you like it or not, exercise provides the body with energy that it needs to stay alert and prepared for those hurdles.

Benefits

Exercise has proven to slow down the aging process, finding the type of exercise to keep the body well-organized is just one of the wonders to longevity.  Working out each week and breaking a sweat actually helps the body to slow down the deterioration that naturally happens with aging. Even if the workout is a brisk walk, where there is sweat, there is anti-aging. It also reduces free radical damage to the body cells. Stopping the damage slows the aging process. No matter what age, regular exercise increases life spans, improves the body’s functions to prevent disease and heals illness by strengthening the immune systems.
