Are hounds, especially greyhounds, prone to seizures?

I've been told this is the case.

It's not uncommon for hounds to get seizures.  I wouldn't say that they're more likely than other dogs to suffer from them, but it's common enough.  Greyhounds are more subject to heart conditions.
