Me being a steak lover, I don't think I'd be able to handle this diet for too long, but if you can shun steak then this diet is all for you.

Because of this, you'll feel better overall on this diet, and your appearance will also improve (a glowing skin instead of a dry, abrasive one, for example).

Oh goodness. The commercials! The Weight Watchers program is advertised everywhere, isn't it? Fortunately, their mass exposure is all for valid reasons.
