Hi Julie! Micronutrients are the essential vitamins, amino acids, minerals and fatty acids our bodies need to perform at optimal levels. There has even been research done on their use in treating a variety of mental health disorders such as depression, bipolar disorder, psychosis, trauma, ADHD and anxiety. I am currently taking a micronutrient supplement that I love. It's called Focus Essentials. I highly recommend it!
