Small correction here. While Pingo does not take personal checks unless its for a business account. Consumers can use a personal debit card just like a credit card to make purchases online.

Well Pingo has donated thousands of phone cards to the military and military families to stay in touch while deployed. They don't have a set military discount. However you can sign up with a coupon code and get ongoing promotional recharge offers.

Yes it does have a mobile app calling "Pingo Mobile" that replaced its previous "Pingo EZ Dial" app for calling that is available in the app store.
