• Fast foods like chips and burgers

• Processed jams and jellies
• White Flour
However, good carbohydrates cause an opposite effect on the body with benefits to our important body organs and systems. Some examples of good carbohydrates include:
- White bread
- Brown rice
- Fresh fruits and vegetables
- Foods containing 100% whole grain
Studies have shown that food which contains ‘Trans Fat’ is a key to increasing risks of depression. A particular study was completed in Spain when a few researchers tracked the health of 12,059 college students for six years. None of the students suffered from depression until they discovered 657 new cases of depression reported by the students.
Afterwards, researchers concluded that the risk of depression increases when the level of ‘Trans Fat’ consumption rises. Consuming 0.6% of Trans Fats increased depression risk as much as 42% than those who didn’t eat any Trans Fats at all.
