Do you have a pair of high heels or flats, that feel uncomfortable every time you put them on? I have a solution that will seem very strange but believe me it works.

Every night before I go to bed I put my outfit together for the next day. My feet are flat so most of the dress shoes I own make my feet throb. A lady told me to put my shoes in a grocery bag, and put them in the freezer over night. I know you probably have the same look on your face I did upon hearing her suggestion. I went home and tried it. I was astounded the next day when it actually worked.

The fact is very simple the vinyl or leather actually freezes. When you put your warm feet into these cold shoes they actually form around your feet. And it feels very good. I might not recommend this for those of you who put your shoes on and walk out the door and it is freezing outside. But if your shoes are uncomfortable try putting them on before you leave the house.

The same concept can be used for a for hair brushes, that are made of natural fibers. I clean my brushes, and then put them in the freezer. Over night is usually a standard time frame. It actually prolongs the life of the brush ( kind of like the crygenics of hair brush care). Believe it or not I have had the same brush for 22 years, it is my favorite. The bristles are made of natural boar fibers. I have never seen another one like it. So this tip has helped me to preserve that perfect hair brush.
