Beetroot is a vegetable most commonly found in North America and Britain. It is known as Beet, Table Beet, Garden Beet and Red Beet. Apart from being a chain to food, it is also a medication for certain illnesses and diseases.

But because Betanin isn’t broken down in the body, it causes your urine to temporarily attain a red colour. This can cause concern but isn’t dangerous and will pass out of the body system.
