The Different Electrical Energy Source
There are different sources of electricity; the two major classifications are the Renewable Source and the Non-Renewable Source.
The Renewable source is the source of electricity that regenerates or renew naturally in a length of time that are reasonable.
The renewable sources of electricity are the Biomass, the Geothermal, The Hydropower, the Oceans, the Solar, and the Wind.
The Biomass is plant materials such as the woods, organic waste and others. The green plants as well as the other organic materials produce energy that can be transformed into electricity.
The Geothermal is the energy coming from the natural heat inside the Earth. The Geothermal energy is generated by the way of utilizing the hot water and the steam coming from below the Earth surface and converting it into the form of electrical energy.
The Hydropower is the energy that is produced from the force of moving water such as from rivers, falls, and reservoir. The energy coming from this source is also converted in the form of electrical energy.
The Solar is the energy that comes from the Sun. Using the Photovoltaic panels, the radiant energy are captured and transformed into electrical energy.
The Wind is an energy that is produced by the moving Air. The turbines are used in order to capture the energy of the wind. The winds eventually turn the turbines and generate electricity. This is considered as the cleanest, fastest as well as the cheapest source of renewable energy.
Another Classification of Electrical Source is the Non-Renewable Sources. The non-renewable sources of electricity include the Fossil Fuels. These sources of electrical energy do not renew themselves in a useful amount of time.
The Fossil fuels include the coal the oil or petroleum as well as the natural gas. These minerals are burned and the energies that are produced are transformed into electrical energy.
Nuclear reaction also produces energy that can be transformed into electricity. The Nuclear fuels are come from the energies that are produce during fission from the elements with unstable nuclei such as uranium.
Today Electrical Power Plants greatly contributed to our country’s economy as well as to human comfort. They provide us with the electrical energy that we need, that is necessary in using machines, appliance, lights and electronic gadgets which requires electricity to function.
The Electric Power Plants produce electricity through many means such as through hydroelectric power plant, through geothermal power plant, trough the nuclear power plant and many else.
