The daily life of a soldier can vary from day to day depending on where he or she is stationed and whether they are on a deployment or not. For this article we are going to discuss the day-to-day life of a soldier who is stationed in the states.

A soldier’s day starts bright and early, often before the sun is even up. Depending on what post the soldier is stationed work will start at a different time. Once a soldier’s day starts, the first thing they do is conducting physical training. This consists of running, doing push ups, sit-ups, and a variety of other physical activities. Physical training can range from 45 minutes to an hour and a half depending on the commands preference.
