How can these people work so many hours and still manage to live an healthy life to their 70's or 80's? They have unlimited enthusiasm about the work they are doing. A nice meal every three hours is a must. Energy drinks may help you but do not abuse them. One a day is already more than enough. Coffee is not to be abused either.
