How to Reset Nokia Asha 200
Nokia has came with their new series of phone in their Asha line-up including phones in low range to high range and basic phone to smart phone with dual SIM capabilities. Asha line-up bring fresh look to their interface like they have changed their look of icons but ease of use is same as they provided in their old phones like c1 and c2 series.
Nokia Asha 200 is dual SIM phone with Good QWERTY keypad and very good specification. Their are two types of Resets are available for Nokia Asha 200 and listed below:
Soft Reset or Basic Reset
Soft Reset or Basic Reset options helps you to restores your all phone settings from .ini file from the ROM( Memory Fixed on Motherboard of phone). It only Restore your all setting to Default setting (Preloaded on mobile). It does not erase your data like photos, video and document or data related to your application.
To apply Soft Reset or Basic Reset you have to type this Key Code : *#7780# . Just type this code on your mobile keyboard and after execution of this code you'll get your phone restored.
Hard Reset or Total Reset
Hard Reset or Total Reset option restores the original operating system from the ROM( Memory Fixed on Motherboard of phone), that means it reset your all setting including your personal data, data on memory card and also third party application data. In Hard Reset or Total Reset, it formats the C: partition and load fresh operating system from preloaded files from ROM.
To apply this reset their are two methods,
- Just Type this code on your mobile keypad : *#7370# and every thing will be done in some time ( around 5-15 mins). After some time your mobile will restart and will be total reset.
- You can also you Hard Reset you phone manually, below are steps to reset your mobile
- Turn off you phone
- Press and Hold "8" + "3" + Call/Green keys together.
- Wait until the Nokia logo appears.
- and phone will automatically hard reset.
Important Note: To hard reset your mobile make sure that your phone has full battery otherwise if phone is off while reset, it can damage internal ROM memory or ROM file.
