How to Get Rid of Whiteheads
Our wonderful skin is made up of hundreds of pores which get rid of natural skin oil produced by the oil glands under our skin. During the process of growing up, the oil glands begin to produce more oil than usual and it can sometimes block the pores. Blackheads occur when pores are blocked and are exposed to air. Whiteheads occur when a thin skin layer still remains over the blocked pore which fills up with bacteria and puss and becomes what you see as a whitehead.
You could easily buy many products and treatments to get rid of acne from hundreds of stores around the globe. Though are they really worth your money? Many of these products promise good skin care and getting rid of whiteheads. However, many of these products fail to live up to their standards and don't get rid of acne. Nevertheless, a few products such as face wipes might work better than face washes. Many people also use face wipes which I had personally used and found that it worked the best. However, this article provides tips to getting rid of acne in one night and I will show you how to achieve that by popping your spot the correct way. Let’s read below!
1) How to Get Rid of Acne: wait until the spot is ripe
You certainly need to be patient in getting rid of whiteheads on your face. While noticing the first signs of the spot appearing, you do not need to panic. Just dap a little bit of diluted Dettol onto the spot and wait till the affects can be seen and felt. It will turn a little red, itch for a while and would eventually dry up and stop growing. This is when you can easily peel the skin of the spot with your hands, or you may prefer scrubbing it with a clean towel and your left without any spot mark. The puss filled pore may also start reverting back to its normal position in just a few hours. However, sometimes your spot could survive the Dettol attack. This could happen if the whitehead becomes very oily. In such cases, you might consider washing your face first before applying dettol. This way, it can help get rid of acne.
2) How to Get Rid of Acne: the tools
Some tools are required in getting rid of whiteheads. Collect a few cotton balls, a needle or anything sharp, a cloth and a bottle of Dettol. Make sure you have enough cotton balls to clear the mess caused by your whiteheads.
3) How to Get Rid of Acne: wash your hands and face with hot water
It is important to maintain clean hands throughout the whole removal process to prevent further acne infection. Once your hands are clean, wash your whole face with hot water to open up the pores. This could lead your spot to break and squirt its puss. If this happens, gently squeeze the spot on each side with two of your fingers and allow the oil and blood to escape. Hold the cotton ball on the whitehead area and never let the oil drop down your face as this will lead to more blocked pores and further acne problems. After the oil and blood stops, your job is done. Just tap a bit of diluted Dettol onto your dead spot to prevent any infection from occurring. Most of the time, the spot doesn’t get infected at all. I have tried this tip myself without using the Dettol and have sucessfully got rid of whiteheads.
4) How to Get Rid of Acne: watch and be surprised
You will certainly be surprised as to how fast the pore recovers. It doesn’t take more than a night to see improved results. Once you notice the improvements, you will not have anything to worry about and your whitehead would appear more smaller than before.
5) How to Get Rid of Acne: can face wipes do any good?
From personal experience, Clean and Clear face wipes work the best in getting rid of whiteheads than other acne treatments available.
Face wipes can give best results in just a few days and after the results, there seems to be a huge reduction in acne. One a day would work fine but do not use too many wipes in a day as this will damage your skin and cause added breakage.
