     Mocha Cappuccino Smoothie

Serves: 4

Ingredients

1 cup milk

1/4 cup Nescafe instant coffee granules

1/3 cup sugar

1 teaspoon Mocha Cappuccino coffee syrup

1 envelope (1-1/4-ounces) Swiss miss coco

3 cup ice cubes

Preparation:

In a blender, blend all ingredients except the ice until well combined.

Add ice and blend until well combined and slushy...Garnish with shaved chocolate.

     Pea achy Orange and Mango Smoothie

Serves: 4

Ingredients

1 quart of orange sherbet

2 cups of diced mangos

1 package frozen sliced peaches (20 ounces) or 2 cups sliced fresh peaches

3 tablespoons honey

1/8 teaspoon ginger

Instructions

In a blender, combine all ingredients; blend until smooth and thick.

Garnish with orange slice.

     Strawberry Kiwi Smoothie

Serves: 4

Ingredients

1 cup Cranberry-raspberry juice (Ocean Spray)

1 pint fresh strawberries, washed and patted dry

2 kiwi, peeled

2 teaspoons sugar

1 quart vanilla ice cream

Instructions:

In a blender, blend all ingredients, except ice cream, until fruit is pureed.

Add ice cream and blend until smooth and thick. Garnish with fresh raspberries and mint sprig.

   Banana Strawberry Split Smoothie

Serves: 4

Ingredients:

2 cups low fat milk

2 medium-sized ripe bananas, peeled and sliced

1 cup strawberries

3 large scoops frozen vanilla yogurt

3 cups ice cubes

Chocolate Syrup

Chopped nuts

Instructions

In a blender, combine all the ingredients and blend on medium speed until smooth. Pour into glasses, top with fresh whipped cream, drizzle chocolate syrup over top and garnish with chopped nuts and cherry.

    Triple Threat, Berry, Smoothie

Serves: 4

1/2 cup cranberry-blueberry juice (ocean Spay)

1 cup strawberries

1 cup blueberries

1 cup raspberries

1 quart vanilla ice cream

Blend all ingredients together, except ice cream, until pureed.

Add ice cream and blend until smooth.
