The Five-bar Swordtail is a colorful and beautiful butterfly species of South Asia. The forewing has the cell crossed by five short black bands.

2.) Paradise Birdwing (Ornithoptera paradisea)

The Paradise Birdwing is a unique and wonderfully colored birdwing butterfly. It van attain a wingspan of up to 150 mm. The male is highly valued by collectors, with good quality male specimens costing more than $300. It is often called the “world’s most desirable birdwing”.

3.) Common Silverline (Spindasis vulcanus)

The Common Silverline is a lovely and attractive species of blue butterfly. It can be found in Asia. It has a wingspan of up to 34 mm.

Mcclungia cymo is a unique and beautifully colored butterfly species related to Greta oto or the magnificent and elegant-looking Glasswing.

The Compton Tortoiseshell is a colorful butterfly with orange-brown color combinations with dark tips. It is also known as False Comma. There is a single white dot or comma on each wing of both male and female, hence the name False Comma.

Not-so-brightly colored but still beautiful. That’s how I view the Dotted Glory, a species of butterfly that can be found in many South American countries like – Brazil, Colombia, Ecuador, Guyana, Peru and Venezuela.

I found the Panacea prola unique and beautiful for its simple color combination – orange and black. These colors seem like perfect combination to me. Theis species can be found throughout much of the lowland rainforest of South America, from Colombia to Ecuador, Brazil and Peru.
