Hi there, I'm not  a great expert but I have undergone a huge learning curve. If you are writing for money online, the most important thing is to write things that people want to read and using a title that will show up at the top of search engine results. . Read through the advice for SEO in the Factoidz FAQ. You also need to write good quality articles and a good number of them. For each article, include links to at least three other of your related articles at the end. I always put "For more advice on ---- see". Also use the share this article buttons to get your content out there initially. I have found stumbleupon works best for me. Another great way to drive article views is to create backlinks from other sites. You can do this by posting relevant links in forums or asking blog or website owners if they will allow you to link.

Another way to make money is to sell your content directly for a once-off fee. The best place I've found for this is constant-content..com .Be aware that they are very strict on the work they accept. 4. join survey sites- not sure about the good ones.

5. Join mylot- tasks for articles and other like tasks can help make money.

7. sell home made items on the net or through sites like ebay

8. never pay for joining, they have to pay you

9. pray everyday, its a sure help

Hi there! I have just started writing not long ago but i would say writing for freelance is a good choice. However, it comes down to what you like. If you like writing, yes freelance writing is good and the best part is no work time limitation and you can do it anywhere.

Like what Fiona said, I find putting links in your article to 'attract' people to read more is a great idea.

As for writing, i can personally say if you write what people like to read, then you will create nice traffic. Always check out Google Trend for more suggestion on what to write.

If you notice in Rules & Regulation of Factoidz, you can actually post similiar topic after 3 days being posted up in Factoidz. So there comes slight extra earning for you.

You haven't done anything wrong and there is no right or absolute way to make money online. 

you can try looking in adsites for ways to earn online.  you can do paid-to sites (like PTP, PTC).

Or you can write a blog of your interests or create a website of your services or products.  Now, in writing blogs or creating a website, most of the people will probably advise you to get oriented with search engine optimization.  true, but i find SEO complex.  maybe because im not a computer whiz but i love surfing the net. 

anyway, you can use the social networking medias to promote your site.  if you're a member of social networking sites, that's great! you can put a link of your site in your profile.

you can also use the conventional way like here.  there are lots of inexpensive ways to monetize your site or blogs.

Hi Deborah.  I've learned a lot since venturing online about 10 years ago.  I initially tried my hand at MLM and Affiliate programs with very little success.  It was a struggle to get all the right information to become successful.

In the last few months, I've learned some valuable lessons that I'll share with you.

1.  "The Money is in the List" - no truer words were ever spoken.  It is much easier to have a contact list of subscribers to whom you can sell.

2.  To build your list to a substantial length, you need to offer something of value to the subscriber in order for them to be willing to give you their contact details.

3.  You need to decide on the niche you would like to work in.  Take into consideration things that you truly enjoy doing and feel knowledgeable about.  Do some keyword research to find out how many searches are done for your niche and how much competition there is.  Research your target market and understand the problems, wants & needs of the target group.

4.  Get a domain name related to your niche

5.  Get hosting for your domain name

6.  Get an autoresponder account

7.  Create an irresistable offer that will solve the problems of your target market, along with great looking squeeze pages to entice them to your offer.  You can use JV Giveaway events as a starting point to get exposure and start your list.

8.  Give your irresistable offer away in exchange for their details

9.  Create letters for your autoresponder to follow up with your subscribers and develop relationships with them so that you become a valued, trusted source of information.  In your letters, talk something up as a pre-sell strategy and then introduce them to the product (they have to pay)

10.  Over time, you can develop a loyal following of paying customers, who, because they trust you, will buy from you.
