Most otc and professional teeth whitening systsems contain Carbomide Peroxide. The amount of the active ingredient within the product is what distinguishes it from otc or professional.

Each person presents a different set of circumstance. I usually suggest Strips first before professional. If the strips work to the patients liking then no futher intervention is necessary. However, if a whiter appearence is desired then perhaps a professional whitening product is in order.

i smoke and drink a lot of coffee so my teeth were pretty stained so i used a magic eraser. i just tear off a corner and use that works great everytime. i do this often, about once a month, and when i went to the dentist i asked her if she thought my teeth looked dammaged and she said they looked great so i dont think it will hurt to keep using it. give it a try.

On aluminium foil spread a paste made from toothpaste and baking soda and cover the teeth with the aluminium foil. Leave it for an hour and brush the teeth afterwards. Repeat this twice a week as this is one of the good home remedies for teeth whitening.

An old-time favorite, baking soda has many purposes, including tooth whitening. Most dentists agree that it's safe to use and works fairly quickly. You can use it alone on a damp toothbrush or mix it with toothpaste to help neutralize the salty taste.
