How to Promote Dental Health Care?

Dental diseases are now continuously taking a vast role in increasing overall health problems. Gum disease is a serious dental

problem. Gum disease has also been linked to heart disease and strokes. So we need to focus on these, we need to promote the dental

care and let the people know about these diseases and their symptoms.

Some common dental problems are

1. Tooth erosion

2. Teenagers and Bad Breath

3. abscess of the tooth

4. Dry mouth, also known as xerostomia

5. tooth sensitivity

6. Oral hygiene etc.

I need some ideas from u guys how to promote the dental care.

Pls suggest ideas and try it yourself also.

Thanks

Here is a quick naturopathy-based suggestion for all the points you mentioend, except point 4.

  • Brush regularly, after getting up and after your last meal, using a medium or medium-soft toothbrush
  • Use the right kind of strokes when you brush. A back and forth motion perpendicular to your teeth are least helpful.
  • Massagee your gums with your figers at least once a day after you brush the teeth
  • Make it a point to thoroughly clean your mouth with water 3 to 4 times after you eat anything

Doing the above will take care of the majority of problems. A minority will require more specific attention.
