How to Prevent Chest Pain?

Chest pain is one of the most dangerous and harmful problem for any person.

We also call it with other name (Heart attack). The most harmful factor of heart attack is

High blood pressure, diabetes, smoking, high cholesterol etc.

There are some other serious health problems that may occur due to chest pain, so whenever any feels even a very less chest pain he/she should take it serious and contact to the specialist as soon as possible.

But at first I would like to say that we can save our Money and valuable time by just avoiding some things that can cause chest problems like Smoking, Drinking and Eating high Fat food.

Maintaining Weight: Height ratio, Controlling blood sugar and blood pressure and doing exercise regular basis will help a lot in preventing all the serious chest or heart problems.

Thanks

Andrew Sam

Remember! all the chest pains are not due to heart-attack or heart problems. Chest is a complex potion of our body which is comprised of many organs and tissues. Simply if your pain is associated with repiratory movement it is less likely to be due to heart problems. It might be due problem muscles or ribs. On the other hand if the chest pain is severe and radiates to the neck, mandible, tip of the shoulder or to back of the chest it is most probably due to heart problems--- angina or myocaridal infarction. Simple chest pain can be managed with simple pain killers while severe and intense pains need to be checked up by medical practitioner along with chest x-ray and other investigations.

This is great information on preventing chest pain. People tend to pay less attention to health and healthy choices than they do choosing the next restaurant they will dine in next weekend. Chest pain is a precursor sign that, when noticed in time, case give a patient more than enough time to reach medical help.

Again, as with your previous post, this is absolutely NOT a question (which, due its medical nature, we at Factoidz could not answer anyway).  This appears to be some kind of mini-article.  Why are you posting this here in our "Question and Answer" Forum?  If you intend to write about a subject, make sure you have 400 words to say about it, and submit it as a Factoid.

Can we use common sense. The best way to prevent chest pain is to go visit your doctor and have a chest evaluation so that he can set-up a treatment plan.
