re: "...Do not eat too much and do not use unsaturated fatty acids."

Excuse me? "unsaturated fats" are the GOOD fats derived from plant sources. SATURATED fats are the animal fats (and some plant source) that cause problems. Saturated fats directly raise total and LDL (bad) cholesterol levels although notable that some saturated fats have at least a neutral effect upon cholesterol (and thus, are deemed non-harmful to health.)

But it is quite established that UNsaturated fats ARE healthy.

Every body whants be look young but do not try for that. If you wants to be healthier you must change your routine.

1- Get up early in the morning and have some exercise regularly. Morning exercise is more beneficial as compare to evening because at morning your body uses it's reserves of energy.

2- Do not eat too much and do not use unsaturated fatty acids.

3- Use green leaf vegetables.

4- Avoid smoking and alcohal.

5- Go early in the bed because awaking late night causes depression.

True, healthy people do live longer, but there still is no question, which is the purpose of the forum.

At a population level, healthy living refers to the practices of population groups that are consistent with supporting, improving, maintaining and/or enhancing health. As it applies to individuals, healthy living is the practice of health enhancing behaviours, or put simply, living in healthy ways. It implies the physical, mental and spiritual capacity to make healthy choices.

Eat fresh food, not processed foods. I have found that if I eat less quanitity, but am consuming processed foods, I will gain weight. If I eat a larger quanitity of fresh foods however, I will lose weight. Doing so helps me also stay fuller longer, and have more regular bowel movements. I also noticed that if I eat processed foods I tend to get tired shortly after. That does not seem to happen with a fresh food diet.
